Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the constituents that comprise the index. The index is designed by Indxx (the “index provider”) to consist of U.S. and non-U.S. equity securities of companies that have been classified by the index provider as having adopted Bitcoin as an asset for corporate treasury management. The fund is non-diversified.
