Dividends Inside is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool. It does not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You remain fully responsible for your own investment decisions and for reviewing imported data before you rely on it.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it reasonably up to date.
You are responsible for the files, tickers, ISINs, and portfolio data you upload or enter manually. Dividends Inside may reject unsupported, incomplete, or invalid imports, and you should always confirm preview results before completing an import.
Market data, dividend data, company metadata, and broker import support are provided on a best-effort basis. Third-party data sources can contain delays, errors, missing fields, or changes outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect data accuracy.
You may not use Dividends Inside to abuse the platform, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service when necessary to protect the platform, respond to abuse, perform maintenance, or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dividends Inside is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for trading losses, tax consequences, data loss, missed opportunities, service interruptions, or other damages resulting from use of the platform or reliance on its output.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Dividends Inside after a change means you accept the updated version.
