The fund seeks to invest in stocks of companies operating in the infrastructure, industrials, and materials sectors. It primarily invests in value stocks of companies. The fund also invests through derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities, such as call options on selected indices and/or exchange-traded funds. It employs fundamental analysis with a bottom-up stock picking approach, focusing on factors like growth prospects, resilient earnings potential across market cycles, disciplined capital allocation management, and a strong competitive position to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the MSCI All Country World Index. It was formerly known as ING Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund. Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund was formed on January 26, 2010 and is domiciled in the United States.
