Amundi STOXX Europe 600 Healthcare UCITS ETF Acc is an exchange-traded fund that seeks to replicate the performance of the STOXX Europe 600 Healthcare Net Total Return Index. Launched by Amundi Luxembourg S.A. and managed by Amundi Asset Management SAS, this ETF employs a synthetic replication methodology using derivatives such as swap agreements to track the index, which comprises around 51 companies in the healthcare sector from 17 European countries. The underlying STOXX Europe 600 Healthcare index selects large-, mid-, and small-cap firms based on the Industry Classification Benchmark, featuring top holdings like Roche Holding (Switzerland, ~14.86% weight), AstraZeneca (UK), Novartis (Switzerland), Novo Nordisk (Denmark), and Sanofi (France). Domiciled in France since its formation on July 7, 2006, with trading inception in 2019, the fund holds assets under management of approximately 718 million euros and maintains a low expense ratio of 0.30%. As an accumulating UCITS-compliant vehicle, it reinvests dividends, providing investors targeted exposure to Europe's diverse healthcare industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical equipment manufacturers. This ETF plays a key role in sector-specific strategies within the broader European equity market.
