The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in the common stock of companies that demonstrate “Monopolistic Attributes.” Under normal market conditions, the fund invests in U.S. and non-U.S. companies with market capitalizations of at least $2 billion and that are traded on U.S. exchanges including American depository receipts (“ADRs”). The fund is non-diversified.
