About the Company
iShares Edge MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Advanced UCITS ETF is a physically replicating exchange-traded fund designed to provide targeted exposure to U.S. equities with historically low volatility profiles. It tracks the MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Advanced Select Index, which selects stable-priced companies while incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, such as weighted-average industry-adjusted ESG score improvements and reduced carbon exposure. The fund excludes issuers engaged in controversial activities, including controversial weapons, nuclear weapons, civilian firearms, tobacco, oil sands, and thermal coal, thereby promoting sustainable investment practices. Featuring approximately 142 to 154 holdings across diverse U.S. market sectors, it offers broad diversification focused on risk mitigation to manage drawdowns during market turbulence. As an accumulating ETF, it reinvests all dividends, maintaining a competitive total expense ratio of 0.20% per annum, with net assets around 139 million USD (equivalent to about 101 million EUR). Classified under SFDR Article 8, it balances moderate growth potential with reduced volatility, appealing to those seeking portfolio stability alongside ESG alignment in the U.S. equity market.
