About the Company
Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (USD) Distributing is an exchange-traded fund that tracks the FTSE All-World Index, comprising large and mid-cap company stocks from developed and emerging markets worldwide. Launched on May 22, 2012, it holds approximately 3,794 stocks, providing broad diversification across regions including a 62.22% allocation to the United States, followed by Japan (5.67%), the United Kingdom (3.42%), and China (3.31%). Top holdings feature leading technology firms such as NVIDIA Corp (4.57%), Apple Inc (4.15%), and Microsoft Corp (3.75%), alongside exposure to consumer discretionary, financial services, and healthcare sectors. The ETF employs a passive management strategy through physical replication of a representative sample of index constituents, aiming for long-term capital growth while minimizing tracking error. Denominated in USD and listed in multiple currencies, it offers investors a cost-effective vehicle for global equity exposure with a low portfolio turnover rate of -18.4% as of December 31, 2025.
