About the Company
The NEOS Boosted Nasdaq-100 High Income ETF is an exchange-traded fund launched in February 2026 by NEOS Investments, designed to generate high monthly income in a tax-efficient manner while seeking boosted market exposure and total return potential. Building on the framework of the NEOS Nasdaq-100 High Income ETF, it aims for up to 150% notional exposure to the Nasdaq-100 Index through a disciplined options strategy. The fund invests in a portfolio of stocks replicating the Nasdaq-100, which comprises 100 large non-financial companies primarily in technology, hardware, software, telecommunications, retail, and biotechnology sectors. Boosted exposure is achieved by purchasing NDX call options and selling NDX put options at similar strikes to create synthetic long positions, combined with selling additional call options in a synthetic covered call approach to enhance income from premiums and dividends. This data-driven method uses index options classified as Section 1256 contracts for tax advantages, avoiding higher-cost swaps or daily leverage. As part of NEOS' Boosted High Income ETF suite, it provides investors with amplified participation in Nasdaq-100 performance alongside elevated, tax-smart distributions, positioning it as a core tool for income-focused portfolios in dynamic equity markets.
