About the Company
Xtrackers II Rolling Target Maturity Sept 2027 EUR High Yield UCITS ETF 1D is an exchange-traded fund that provides exposure to euro-denominated high-yield corporate bonds, specifically sub-investment grade securities maturing between October 2026 and September 2027. As a pioneering rolling target maturity product, it holds a diversified portfolio of around 80 liquid bonds until maturity, incorporating a 3% issuer weight cap to manage concentration risk and promote broad market coverage across various sectors. Rather than liquidating at the September 2027 target date, the ETF rolls over into a new set of bonds with maturities approximately three years ahead, repeating every three years to enhance long-term portfolio planning and reduce reinvestment uncertainty compared to perpetual high-yield funds. Launched in January 2015 and domiciled in Luxembourg, it employs physical replication with an annual distribution policy, delivering income from bond coupons, and maintains assets under management around EUR 263 million. This structure combines the predictability of defined maturities with ETF benefits like liquidity and diversification, targeting investors seeking high-yield fixed income strategies in EUR without currency hedging.
