About the Company
The WisdomTree Global Efficient Core UCITS ETF is a physically replicating exchange-traded fund designed to provide broad exposure to global financial markets by tracking the WisdomTree Global Efficient Core Index. Its primary function is to offer investors an efficient and capital-effective alternative to the traditional 60/40 portfolio, by targeting approximately 90% exposure to large-cap equities from developed markets worldwide and 60% exposure to global government bond futures. This dual allocation is structured to potentially enhance risk-adjusted returns by leveraging the equity component while simultaneously diversifying portfolio risk through bonds. Distinguished by its integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria, the ETF filters constituents to align with sustainability standards. The fund follows an accumulating distribution policy, reinvesting dividends back into the fund. With a total expense ratio of 0.25% per annum and over 300 holdings, it is positioned as a cost-efficient, core portfolio building block for institutional and sophisticated retail investors. By optimizing capital deployment, it enables increased flexibility for inclusion of other assets while aiming to improve overall portfolio efficiency in global asset allocation.
