Invesco Russell 2000 UCITS ETF Acc is an exchange-traded fund (ETF) that passively tracks the Russell 2000 Index, representing the performance of approximately 2,000 small-capitalization U.S. companies, which form about 10% of the broader Russell 3000 Index. Launched on March 31, 2009, and domiciled in Ireland as a sub-fund of Invesco Markets plc, it employs unfunded swaps with approved counterparties to replicate the index's net total return, while holding a basket of equities and equity-related securities. This accumulating share class reinvests dividends automatically, increasing the ETF's share price without distributions to investors. With a total expense ratio of 0.25% per annum and a fund size of around EUR 264 million, it offers unhedged currency exposure in USD, targeting long-only small-cap U.S. equity strategies. Classified with a medium-high risk rating of 5 out of 7, the ETF provides European investors compliant access to the dynamic U.S. small-cap sector, rebalanced quarterly to reflect market changes, playing a key role in diversifying portfolios with growth-oriented small company exposure.
