About the Company
The Invesco Technology S&P US Select Sector UCITS ETF is a passively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks to replicate the net total return performance of the S&P Select Sector Capped 20% Technology Index, less fees and expenses. Launched on December 16, 2009, and domiciled in Ireland, it provides targeted exposure to large-cap U.S. companies in the information technology and telecommunication services sectors of the S&P 500, with individual stock weightings capped at 20% for diversification and UCITS compliance. The ETF employs a synthetic replication methodology using unfunded swaps with approved counterparties, though it may also invest directly in global equities and related securities. Key holdings feature industry leaders such as Apple, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Broadcom, and Advanced Micro Devices, spanning semiconductors, software, hardware, and cloud computing. Managed by Assenagon Asset Management S.A. and issued by Invesco Markets plc, it maintains a low total expense ratio of 0.14% per annum and an accumulating share class that reinvests dividends. With assets under management surpassing 1,500 million euros, the ETF offers European investors efficient access to the dynamic U.S. technology sector, capturing growth from digital transformation and innovation.
