About the Company
Nomura Transformational Technology ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund designed to provide growth of capital through targeted investments in innovative technology companies. Under normal circumstances, it allocates at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, to securities of technology firms that leverage technological developments for competitive advantages, benefit significantly from tech applications, or use technology to enhance business opportunities. These include applied technology companies across various market capitalizations, with no limits on foreign securities, including those from emerging markets as defined by the World Bank, United Nations, or national governments. Managed by Delaware Management Company, the fund employs a bottom-up stock selection process emphasizing growth potential, earnings prospects, management quality, valuation, and industry positioning, typically holding 20 to 40 stocks and concentrating at least 25% of assets in the technology sector. As a nondiversified fund, it offers flexibility to focus on high-conviction holdings amid rapid tech evolution, playing a key role in providing investors exposure to transformational trends driving global economic change.
