About the Company
DoubleLine Securitized Credit ETF is an exchange-traded fund launched on February 2, 2026, by DoubleLine Funds, specializing in fixed-income investments. Its primary objective is to generate income, with a secondary focus on total return, achieved by allocating at least 80% of net assets to securitized credit investments. These include agency and non-agency mortgage-backed securities, such as residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations; asset-backed securities encompassing collateralized loan obligations; and other instruments backed by cash flows from loans, leases, receivables, and warehouse facilities. The fund invests across investment grade, below investment grade, and unrated debt of varying durations, maturities, and interest rate types, including fixed, floating, and variable rates. Top holdings feature cash equivalents and securitized products like FHLMC Super 30Y Fixed securities and Government National Mortgage Association bonds. With a net expense ratio of 0.50%, approximately 6.17 million shares outstanding, and total net assets of $154.7 million, it holds all maturity ranges and both investment grade and high yield credit qualities, emphasizing non-government asset-backed securities across all mortgage bond types. This ETF plays a key role in providing diversified exposure to the structured products credit market, offering potential diversification benefits through stable cash flows from hard assets in sectors like commercial real estate, consumer loans, and residential mortgages.
