About the Company
The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in dividend paying companies that the fund’s sub-adviser, Morgan Dempsey Capital Management, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”), believes are attractively valued.
