About the Company
Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities issued by large capitalization companies. Its portfolio will be principally composed of common stocks issued by companies domiciled in the United States, common stocks issued by non-U.S. companies that are principally traded in the United States and ADR.
